Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ4S is a great little camera. December 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
We received the camera very quickly and all was well. It's easy to use and the photos look very good (haven't had any printed as yet, but on the screen they look good). We recommend the seller and the camera.
GREAT camera!!! November 4, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've owned this camera for about 6 months and, for the price, it is one of the best deals out there.
Lowering the megapixels to 5 allows for 12x zoom. OIS works very well.
Takes great pictures in almost all lighting conditions. Only indoors (low light) could be better but not at all bad. Night shots are AMAZING (as long as you use a tripod for the long exposure).
Size is a little bulky compared to other compact cameras but other compacts don't feature 10x zoom.
iA works pretty well for taking pictures on the fly but they can get a little grainy. I prefer to keep the ISO @ 100 but it isn't ideal for all situations.
The display is big and bright and one of the best features is being able to zoom while shooting a video. Also love the positioning of the tripod mount to the door for the memory. I can easily swap memory cards without removing the camera from the tripod.
I had a Fujifilm Finepix F50fd 12MP Digital Camera with 3 x Optical Image Stabilization and that had the edge in detail and low light shooting but only had a 3x zoom. It was dropped during a trip and quit functioning. I've dropped the TZ4 twice (not as hard as the Fuji though) and it is still going strong.
I would not hesitate to recommend this camera to a friend.
Excellent! October 4, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This camera is fantastic. I bought a TZ1 several years ago and really loved the small size and 10X optical zoom. It was great for vacation shooting. I decided to give it to my daughter so I could get the "same" camera with 8 Mega Pixels.
There's no other point and shoot camera this small with 10x optical zoom. I recommend it completely.
Great value, wide-angle lens September 1, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This camera is performing very well, especially the 28mm lens. It makes all the different for interior shots of real estate.
Best little camera AND a fantastic price August 22, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This camera is what I have been waiting for. It does it all. Easy to follow instructions. Easy to follow menus on the camera. Super photos and videos . And a price that did not hurt my budget.
